We ("we", "us") care about your privacy. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the Baksh app and website, the Slids app, the slids.app website and Slids Studio (web). A Turkish version is available at /gizlilik/.

1. Data we process

• Photos and videos (Baksh and Slids): Your photos and videos stay on your device. Baksh edits faces and photos entirely on your phone. Slids trims, combines and saves photos and videos on your phone. The photos and videos you choose, and the edited results, are not sent to our servers, are not given to any cloud AI service, are not stored or shared by us, and are never used for advertising or AI training.
• Face data (Baksh): While you edit, face landmarks, hair and person masks are computed temporarily on your device and removed from memory when you finish. No biometric identity is created, no identity verification is done, and no face data is stored. To order the filter list, a small on-device model estimates gender; the result is used only on your device, for that session.
• Model and library files (Baksh): On first use the app may download model and hair library files from baksh.app (Render, Frankfurt) and the jsDelivr CDN; only your IP address is technically visible in these downloads. No photos are sent.
• Slids projects: The carousels you make and the photos and videos you choose are stored on your phone. They are uploaded to our server only if you connect your phone to Slids Studio on a computer (Settings → Connect to computer), so projects can open on both devices. When you delete a project, its unused photos are deleted too; with Settings → Delete my cloud data you can permanently delete everything at any time. No account is needed: the connection uses a random identifier created by the app.
• Usage data (minimal): To track usage rights and prevent abuse, a random device identifier created by the app and your IP address may be kept in a usage log; records older than 12 months are deleted automatically. This identifier is not linked to your name, email or photos. If Baksh shows a short survey on first launch, your answers are collected only with this random identifier and contain no personal information; answering is optional. When the app starts it also asks our server whether the free launch period is still on; this request contains no personal information beyond your IP address.
• Purchase data: Baksh's first release is free; no payment or subscription data is processed. Where a paid plan exists (such as Slids subscriptions), payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play; your card details never reach us.
• Contact data: If you email us, your address and message are kept to answer your request.

2. What we do not do

We do not use, sell or share your photos or videos for advertising, profiling or AI model training. Our apps and website contain no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking tools, and the website uses no cookies.

3. What is stored on your device

Your Baksh edit history and your Slids projects are kept on your device in the app's own folder. You can remove them from Baksh under "History" or Settings → Clear history, and in Slids by deleting the project.

4. Service providers

Our servers run in Render's Frankfurt (Germany) data center; Slids Studio sync data is stored there. Baksh's model and hair library files are served from baksh.app and the jsDelivr CDN. Your photos and videos are not passed to any service provider; no cloud AI service is used. Providers process the technical data they see (IP address) only to deliver the service.

5. Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. Users under 18 should use them with a parent's permission.

6. Deleting your account and data

Slids: In the app go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my account and data; your server-side account and all its data are deleted immediately and permanently. Projects on your phone are not touched; you can delete them in the app.

Baksh: Your photos are already on your device; delete them under "History" or Settings → Clear history. We hold no photos on our servers; if you want usage records linked to your device identifier deleted, write to us.

If you cannot access the app, email alparslanarifozen@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us which app you use. We will complete your request within 30 days and let you know. Records that we are legally required to keep (if any) are deleted when that period ends.
